ORDERING:

We have two ways for you to order:

ONLINE: Little Stork is available 24 hours, 7 days a week for online ordering.
BY PHONE: Our regular office business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you call (323-934-9995) and leave a message during non-business hours, your call will be returned as soon as possible and no later than the next business day.

GIFT OPTIONS:

We will include a beautiful giftcard with your order if you so choose. When you Check Out enter your gift message and any special instructions you have. If you enter a gift message we will provide a gift card with your message for your recipient.

We will include a gift receipt if a gift card is chosen. If the recipient needs to return an item we will give them the option of choosing a different Little Stork bag or receiving cash back.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Currently, the only payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER:

Once you've placed the order, our fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and if your order has been shipped we can not make changes or cancellations.

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your order within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Items cannot be accepted past the 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging. Please contact us through the contact page to get a Return Number. Items will not be accepted for return without contacting Little Stork first. Once we issue you a Return Number, we will send you a prepaid return label. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

SALES TAX:

Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped via UPS the next business day, following the successful transaction. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship within the United States.

Little Stork does not share, sell, or trade customer information with third parties.

Customer information is used to process online purchases only. We collect name, address, email address and phone number information. All online purchase customers are sent a confirmation email. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you via email first and only use your telephone number as a last resort.

Items purchased are listed with customer information for tracking purposes and item disputes or returns.
