The Deluxe Little Stork Delivery Bag — $280

Here at Babble, we've seen several pre-packed bags that claim to have everything you'll need for the hospital — but the Deluxe Delivery Bag from Little Stork is the first one that lives up to (and even surpasses) that claim. The gigantic canvas bag is full of quality name-brand goods: an organic robe, ridiculously comfy Daniel Green slippers, a nursing gown, a baby going-home outfit from Under the Nile, a Bravado nursing bra with gel and breast pads, massage oil, socks, lollipops, his-and-hers toiletries, a journal and pen and — seriously, there's a lot more, but we're running out of space. With contents that will get plenty of mileage even after your hospital visit, this bag is the ultimate in practical luxury.

Dads See the Little Stork Light!, November 18th, 2007

I got drafted recently by my wife to drive her around shopping for a baby shower gift for her niece. This is absolutely not a guy thing. Anyway after trotting through several mall stores during high traffic time looking at baby item after baby item we went home still undecided.
My favorite shopping place is the internet so I went online and started a search. One site grabbed my attention for its unique approach to an old problem. littlestork.com offers a Delivery Bag filled with necessities for the new mother during her hospital stay.
I remembered the time when my wife was close to her first delivery and packed her bag with general items for the hospital. Unfortunately she had no clue what to expect and what her specific needs are going to be. She did the best she could. It was difficult for me at times to round up women maternity items she had missed to pack. Help from family members was only limited available.
When I read the list of items included in Little Storks Delivery Bag I was impressed. It was a well thought out supply of quality necessities put together by a woman apparently with children of her own. No other product like it is on the market.
We did order the bag and not to our surprise it was a hit and saved our niece and her husband a lot of shopping around and discomfort for not having necessities available when needed.
Thanks Little Stork

GearHeadMom.com: Little Stork Helps You Pack for the Hospital, November 14, 2007

Reader Kelly sent me a link to Little Stork, “your source for THE Premium Baby Delivery Bag”. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, thinking, can’t we all just pack our own bags a month early and be done with it? But then I checked out their bags and laughed as I remembered that I packed a lot of trivial items like, uh, make-up. I must have confused myself with a famous person who is hounded by paparazzi as they leave the hospital. Because, you know, that’s soooo close to my reality. Needless to say, the eye shadow never left the bag. Little Stork’s bags seem to be well thought out with just the right amount of gear to drag into the hospital. The items go from the mundane (ponytail holders) to the luxurious (Soothies breast gels). Yes, I consider Soothies to be luxurious. Welcome to the glamorous world of breastfeeding.
The bags come in four options, each option has a different amount of gear, and even has a twin upgrade option for an extra $10.00. The bags are a bit pricey ($115.00 to $425.00)*, but like I said, I spent a lot of time and money packing a bag I hardly used, so this bag of goodies may just save you time and money after all. As an exhausted mom in the hospital, you may not have time to use the atomizer or make-up remover pads, but you’ll be thrilled to have lip balm and an overnight kit for your partner. Besides, there’s always time to smell good, and since you’ll never have time to shower again, you can use the lavender lotion later to mask the smell of spit up. I like the idea of just ordering the bag, adding some clothes, leaving it in the car, and as Little Stork’s site says, “dare your baby to come a week early.”
A group shower gift would offset the higher price point. I don’t know any soon-to-be mom who would not love to get a bag full of goodies for HER!

Capitol Moms Love Little Stork: "What greater gift can you give than the gift of ease? ", November 5, 2007

A couple of weeks ago, we ran into a fabulous service put on by Little Stork, pre-packed hospital bags. It really is an ingenious idea--put together all the great products that moms know and love in one bag, so that all the new mom has to think about is getting a new baby out, not whether or not she left something at home. I also think its pretty nice that the bag covers a labor coach and new baby as well.
The bags are customizable, three colors and products come in four sizes to fit a range of mothers. They are stuffed with premium and organic products and delivered in an embroidered tote. They also come in four styles, essential, original, deluxe and mother-of-all.
Little Stork's pre-packed totes have been loved by celebrity moms like Gwen Stefani, Jaime Pressley and Martina McBride and probably even more so by their significant others--what greater gift can you give than the gift of ease? What new mom, or mom-to-be again wouldn't love that gift?

Any pregnant mom knows that getting together a hospital bag is a daunting task. You scour "what to bring lists", spend hours in pharmacies finding the perfect travel size versions of your favorite soap and shampoo, wring your hands over which nursing gown, bra, slippers, etc to pack. In the end, even though you thought you had it all you always forget something like a disposable camera or hair band. Or worse, you put it off and baby shows up late, leaving you completely unprepared! It's enough to make your mind explode. Which is why Little Stork was created.
Little Stork puts together perfectly assembled delivery bags in four different sizes for moms who are clever enough to put their feet up and click on over. Everything in the bag is carefully chosen and coordinated. Most of the items are organic, pure and gentle. And they have really thought of everything, including a little extra room for additional personal items you cannot live without so you can just relax, enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and be ready. Starting at only $115 for a completely stocked and packed bag they are a good value. You'd spend more to assemble the items yourself, and you'd be exhausted to boot. Incidentally, all Little Stork kits even contain a thoughtfully packed set of toiletries for the new dad or labor partner, so they can spend quality time with you and the baby instead of running back home or out to a store to fetch what was forgotten.
Celebrities love Little Stork and so many of them have used this service. Gwen Stefani, Brooke Shields, Martina McBride, Marcia Cross, Rosa Blasi, Michelle Williams and Jaime Pressly are just a few of the celebs who had it all in the bag before they became moms. Little Stork bags make a great shower gift or gift to yourself and are a perfect introduction to Motherhood, where having the properly packed bag can make the difference between a good day and a terrible one.

A Little Bird Told Us

The three stages of pregnancy often go something like this:
Stage one: You look as though you've heartily enjoyed the most delicious pancake breakfast. Every day. (Sometimes you feel like you want to vomit those pancakes.)
Stage two: It's obvious that there is, in fact, a bun in the oven. A somewhat large bun. (It kicks, it flips, and you've stopped wanting to vomit.)
Stage Three: Big. No two ways about it.
Wouldn't it be nice if someone simplified things by dropping off a tidy bundle of joy on your doorstep?
We hate to break it to you: That ain't gonna happen.
But if it's any consolation, Little Stork can provide you with everything you need to make the last and final stage — your trip to the hospital (should you choose to give birth there) — as cushy as can be.
There are three packs, from necessity-filled to super-plush. Every bag holds basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush) plus little items that could be easily overlooked as you make a mad dash out the door (like lip balm, pops that help prevent nausea, makeup remover). Neat bundles for Mom are labeled for labor, the stay, and the newborn. There's even a dopp kit for Dad.
All you'll need then is a book and some background music to make childbirth virtually painless.
Well, that and an epidural.
